Akron Art Museum

John S. and James L. Knight Building was completed and dedicated in 2007 after I moved from NE Ohio and I never got a chance to check it out. The last trip back I had some free time and finally made it up to see it. While I was too late to visit any exhibits I did walk around the outside to take it all it.
I love how it seemingly has its arms thrown wide in a welcoming manner while at the same time embracing and shielding older surrounding buildings. Amazing stuff in a rustbelt city.
